Community Assessment of Medical Needs and Preparedness

The Pierce County Medical Reserve Corps, PLU Nursing Students and volunteers will be in the community assessing the medical needs and preparedness of residents in the event of an emergency. This anonymous assessment will provide insight to the planning for the medical and emergency needs of the community. Participants will be selected randomly, in a door-to-door fashion, and asked for willingness to complete a secure and anonymous survey during daytime hours. Surveyors will be wearing reflective maroon vests and authorized identification. There will be no solicitation of any kind. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Medical Reserve Corps at (253) 798-3566 or email at mrc@tpchd.org.
