The FICRA Building Trust owns and maintains two five-acre parcels. The Nichols Community Center, located at 690 9th Avenue, includes the old Fox Island Schoolhouse, a gazebo and children’s playground, the sports field and walking track. The historic building is available for rentals.
The Fox Island Nature Center is located south of the Nichols Center and is maintained as an open space and nature center for future generations.
