The Audit Committee conducts annual audits of FICRA’s financial condition and in-house audits of the Trust’s financial condition and reports their findings to the Finance Committee and Boards. The Committee, which is comprised of at least three persons, only one of which may be a Board member, is elected at the FICRA and FICRA Building Trust annual meetings. Audit Committee members select their own chairperson.
