Dimmers for the lights in the main room considered, and barrier to keep cars off lawn to be installed. Kitchen remodel plans are beginning.   Spring Clean up is for this Saturday April 12th from 9 am to 12 noon.  Lunch to be served. Contact Carolyn Braden if you plan to come and stay for lunch.

Signs to be replaced.  Alliance Church and Harbor Christian homeschool organization have been offered the Nature center as a resource for education. 22 volunteer hours logged. Next work party is a week from this Saturday.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

Jim is working with George Metzger on the NCC surveillance cameras to deter any future vandals. Also installation of large boulders to prevent further breaches of vehicles through the lawn.

Jim is working with parents and a lawyer to make restitution/restoration of the damage done to the baseball field by last month’s vandalism.  There are 3 individuals, their parents and Trust Board who are working to “make things right,” without litigation.  A landscape company and new owners of Erin Rockery are being asked to evaluate and advise on best way to repair the field.

Oil Tank needs to be “topped off” and this helps avoid condensation build up.  The board approved a motion to fill oil tank at this time.

“Young at Heart”, a movie documentary from 2008 is going to be shown at the NCC on 4/15/14 at 7 pm.  Free showing.

Heartfelt thanks given to Mimi for all her efforts and excellence with keeping the books for FICRA and TRUST.

Motion made by Tony Moore to adjourn.  Motion approved unanimously.

Gina Olson, Secretary
