Saturday, September 10th is the day for the annual All-Island Garage Sale. This huge event is a great way to get rid of your extra stuff and earn some funds for yourself and for Fox Island Crime Watch! There are a few ways to get involved: you can host a sale at your own house for a $15 contribution and be placed on a map or you can rent a table at either the Nichols Community Center or the Fox Island Museum for $25.00. Vendors who set up at the Nichols Center will have a 10×10 outdoor space (please supply your own table and canopy). The map will be sold at the Fox Island Alliance Church and to shoppers for $2.00.
We expect a great turnout again this year. The Fabulous Fox Island Market will be going on at the Nichols Center during the Sale, which will bring many additional people to the Island. The Historical Society will be selling hot dogs at the Museum, keeping shoppers happy and well fed.
