NCC Rental Fees and Security Deposits

NCC rental rates are established by the FICRA Building Trust, a 501(c)(3) Washington non-profit corporation. The rates reflect the cost of maintenance, heat, light and facility upkeep, only. To ensure that the facility is reasonably priced, we have not increased our rates since 2016. We appreciate your support and help in keeping our facility in the condition deserved of a building on the National Historic Register.

At this time, we are only accepting checks to pay the Security Deposit for rentals, since the amount is typically refunded at completion and we do not want to bear the additional $14.50 transaction fee. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
