Last year the FICRA and FICRA Building Trust boards decided to dissolve the FICRA organization and combine its functions into the FICRA Building Trust organization. The dissolution of FICRA was completed in December of 2022, with all assets being transferred to the FICRA Building Trust. The draft revision to the FICRA Building Trust By-Laws has been completed and a membership vote will be held at a special meeting on August 17th, 2023 at the Nichols Community Center. The meeting will begin at 5 pm. All current members of the FICRA Building Trust are eligible to vote on the By-Laws.
