Board Attendees: Lance Powers, Hal Goodell, Candy Wawro, Weston King, Aileen Jones, Lindsey Jensen and Miguel Martinez excused
Meeting called to order at 7:02 – Motion to approved Aileen 2nd Wes
Public Comments: None
President’s Report: Accolades to Wes and team for the work on the baseball field and Lindsey for her work on the ficra ice cream. social
Treasurer’s Report

Membership: 358 expired 151
Unfinished Business: Electronic Grand piano donated ($15,000) to FICRA. Wifi still not installed. We are still waiting for Xfinity installation.
Committee Reports
Social Activities: looking at the possibility of a car show early October. Food truck recommended. Craig to help organize. Car shows are very weather dependent. Tickets to possibly go towards a FI Community scholarship opportunity. Trunk or treat to be scheduled. Candy to add to the calendar and send out a FI Flash. Clean up day needed.
Baseball field update: The goal is to have the fencing complete by September 13th.
