Notice: Proposed amendment to the FICRA Bylaws. The November 14th FICRA Board meeting will also be a members meeting in order to give the members the first reading of the proposed amendments to the Bylaws. The December 12th meeting will be the second reading and the vote by the members will be conducted at the January 9th meeting.
